Added King Titan under the ocean in the Paleto Bay near the vanilla UFO Crash site. He is pretty massive, touches the deep floor and has it's spikes exposed slightly out of the water. Player is about the size of one of his teeth.

Definitely scary sight for unsuspecting people.
