Adds Mechanics Tools as weapons for mechanics to roleplay with. 

Weapons can be wielded when performing various /e mechanic emotes.

And can be used for self defense if the occasion arises. Tools act as hammers, screw driver acts as a knife. 

My server uses Qbcore so additional coding was required to enable the addon weapon.
